Advice
This nasal can be used in any position. Spray once or twice a day into each nostril. Tilt the head to one side. Gently place the nozzle of the nasal spray at the entrance to the nostril and press down once or twice on the nozzle. Allow the excess water to drip out then wipe away with a tissue. Wash the nozzle after each use.
